Q: What would be the share of husband under Islamic law of Inheritance?

Ans:

 1. The share of husband will be 1/2 if there is no child and child of son.

2.The husband will get 1/4 if there is a child or child of son.

That is to say that in absence of children, the husband's share will be 1/2 whereas in presence of children, the husband's share will be 1/4.

Q: Difference between the right of adopted child under Hindu and Muslim law ?
