Q: What would be the share of daughter under Muslim law of Inheritance?

Ans: If in descendent, there is only one daughter, the daughter's share will be half if there is no antecedent.

If in descendent, there are two daughters, the daughter's share will be 2/3  which will be equally distributed among two daughters.

If in descendent, there are two daughters and one son, the daughters will be converted into residuaries and the property will be divided into 4 parts and and son will get twice of share as compared to daughter's share.

If in descendent, there are two daughters and one son, the daughters will be converted into residuaries and the property will be divided into 4 parts and and son will get twice of share than the daughter's share.
