Q: What persons can not be excluded in accordance with Islamic law of Inheritance?

Ans: In quaranic heirs, the wife, and closest ascendant(mother and father) and descendent (children) can not be excluded.

In ascendant,  if father is not present,  true grandfather will be considered.  If mother is not present,  true grandmother will be considered and in descendent, if daughter is not present then son's daughter will be considered.

If no ascendant and descendent are present,  the collaterals i.e., full sister,  half sister, full brother,  half brother will get the share of the property.
