Q: What is vested interest upon Inheritance ?

Ans : The vested Interest upon Inheritance means that  under Muslim law of Inheritance, the person must get the right in property vested in him.

The vested Interest in property means that the person must get the property in which his interest is vested.
E.g , If a person has two sons and both sons are married and his one son gets expired, the wife and children will get the share of the deceased son in the property.
